There is free private parking at the Aparto Residence Galetamar, it's not possible to book.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation, the cancellation fees change depending on the reserved rate. Upon booking the reservation you are informed of the cancellation policy and how far in advance you have to notify of a modification or cancellation.

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact recepcion@hotelgaletamar.com indicating your reservation number.

The check in to the apartments is from 14:00 and from 17:00 in the Bungalows. The check out is until 11:00 in the apartments and 10:00 in the Bungalows.

Silence must be maintained between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00 in the room and in the building.

Any damage caused to the room or its content has to be reported immediately to the staff.

The conditions change depending on the different rates:

Flexible rate 3 days:

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date.

The client will have to pay the price of the first night if they cancel during the 3 days before the arrival date.

Flexible rate 7 days:

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

The client will have to pay the first night if they cancel during the 7 days before the arrival date.

Flexible rate 14 days:

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if they cancel during the 14 days before the arrival date.

Non Refundable Rate:

The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels at any time.

The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation at any time.
